Vesperstone Terms of Use

By downloading or playing Vesperstone (the "Game"), you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian.

1. Who owns the Game

Vesperstone is owned by Starvessa Games. That includes the name "Vesperstone", the logo and app icon, the characters Captain Rook Calder and the Old Hopper lander, the Kestrel mining rings and Moon Kestrel setting, the Vesperstone beacon, the rank titles, reward artwork, the story text, artwork, animations, sounds, music, source code and the look and feel of the Game. All rights not given to you below are kept by Starvessa Games.

2. What you're allowed to do

You may download the Game from an official store (such as Google Play) and play it on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial fun. You may share screenshots and gameplay videos of the Game, including on YouTube, TikTok and Twitch, as long as you don't claim you made the Game.

3. What you're not allowed to do

You may not, and may not help anyone else: - copy, sell, rent, share or re-upload the Game, its files or any part of them; - decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, unpack or try to read the Game's source code, except where the law specifically allows it; - modify the Game, make hacked, "modded" or cracked versions, or use cheats or tools to change scores, purchases or rewards; - remove or change any copyright, trademark or ownership notice; - make a new game, app, website or product that copies the Game's name, characters, artwork, story, code, or its overall look and feel, or that could confuse people into thinking it is ours; - use the Game's content to train artificial intelligence (AI) models or to make similar content with AI; - use the Game's name, logo or characters as a trademark, username or brand.

4. Purchases

Purchases (such as Remove Ads) are handled by Google Play and follow its refund rules. Purchases give you a license to use that feature, not ownership of it. Lucky Continues, streak rewards and looks have no real-world money value and can't be sold or traded.

5. Feedback

If you send us feedback or ideas, you let Starvessa Games use them to improve the Game without owing you payment.

6. Ending your access

If you break these terms, your permission to use the Game ends automatically and we may block access to features. You must then delete all copies you have.

7. The Game is provided "as is"

We work hard to make the Game fun and bug-free, but we can't promise it will always work perfectly. To the fullest extent the law allows, Starvessa Games isn't responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for in-game purchases in the last 12 months.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new date. These terms follow the laws of the United States and the state where Starvessa Games is based. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.

9. Reporting copies

If you see a copy of the Game or its characters that isn't from Starvessa Games, please tell us at starvessasupport@gmail.com.
